MY Clean Beach together with 47 volunteers from Glimpse of Malaysia (GOM), Malaysian Truckers and friends (from individuals to companies) participated in beach clean-up at Pantai Bagan Lalang, Sepang on March 31, 2019.
This is part of a global initiative to combat trash at beaches. This clean-up effort was particularly intended to raise awareness and bring attention to the problem of people’s attitude in littering at beaches. This is to create awareness, not everything left behind at the beach can perish or can be recycled.
We want one person to start collecting trash at the public eye, we want one person to throw every small and big garbage in the trash bin – in the hope, this will have a ripple effect and impact on others. Only people can build the ecosystem, change your attitude is what we call for!
Total Trash Picked Up / Collected: 333.68
